Lowenstein VENTIlogic LS Monitor
Lowenstein VENTIlogic LS Monitor

VENTIlogic LS (LS = Life Support) is a device for invasive and non-invasive ventilation of the lungs, with wide possibilities, to support vital functions.

  • Possibility of integrating two different circuits depending on the needs of the patient
  • Exhalation valve circuit for mask therapy and single tracheostomy circuit
  • Easy and quick switching from one circuit to another
  • Non-invasive ventilation therapy functions: CPAP BiLevel (BiPAP) S, ST, T, TA : TA (Time Adaptive) allows manual or spontaneous analysis of the patient's respiratory sequence and adaptation of the device to it
  • Check every 8 breaths and in case of change the device automatically adapts to the new data
  • Interventional ventilation therapy modes: PSV (S Mode), PCV (T Mode), aPCV, SIMV, VCV, aVCV, MPVp, MPVv
  • Volume compensation with various speed modes (three modes) that can be set to automatically adjust the parameters to achieve the target volume
  • Flow Trigger technology with 8-level adjustable sensitivity for inhalation/exhalation
  • New larger color screen
  • Greek language menu to facilitate treatment setting and monitoring with numerical and graphical representations of pressure, flow and volume
  • LIAM function (Lung Insufflation Assist Maneuver) cough support for patients suffering from neuromuscular diseases
  • Helps liquefy secretions through deep inhalation making suction less painful for the patient
  • Expiratory Pressure Ramp Technology: temporary “stretching” of the airways at the start of exhalation to prevent their collapse. Expiratory flow remains higher on average so that the exhaled volume is expelled more easily by the patient
  • Full parameterization (pressure, duration, repetitions, application limits between breaths) which can be activated manually without interrupting the selected ventilation mode of the ventilator
  • AirTrap Control function reduces exhalation pressure to relieve the lungs and avoid hyperinflation
  • Exhalation system continuously removes exhausted air containing CO2 by blowing
  • Automatic adjustment of the pressure to the frequency and time of exhalation of the patient
  • Trigger lockout function for effective protection against false triggering and artificial triggers (trigger artefacts) especially at high trigger sensitivity
  • Flow up to 300 liters / minute
  • Extremely quiet operation even at high pressures
  • Optional external battery which guarantees uninterrupted operation of the device for approximately 4.5 hours
  • Recording of treatment data on plugin SD card
  • With practical storage and transport bag
  • Ability to operate in both fixed and mobile mode in hospitals and at home
  • Pressure range varies from 4 to 20 cm H2O (mask ventilation circuit), from 6 to 40 cm H2O (valve circuit)
  • Smart user experience with rotary knob and direct access to the most important ventilation parameters
  • Safe use thanks to the built-in rechargeable battery, as well as through a system of visual and audible alarms
