The SAM 500P with wristband is a semi-automatic external defibrillator that analyzes the heart rhythm and provides rapid delivery of a defibrillator shock to victims of sudden cardiac arrest characterized by unconsciousness, respiratory failure, no blood circulation.

It is designed to work according to the 2010 European Resuscitation Council (ERC) and American Heart Association (AHA) joint guidelines.

Sudden cardiac arrest is one of the leading causes of death worldwide, and response time to such a situation is a critical factor in patient survival. The SAM 500P is specially designed for use in high-traffic areas such as public services, stadiums, camps, airports, shopping centers, hotels.

The SAM 500P defibrillator provides an innovative cardiopulmonary resuscitation consultant. Using impedance cardiogram (ICG), it is able to monitor the amount of blood passing through the chest area during cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in order to provide accurate information to the rescuer. If the wrist is not applied correctly, the defibrillator gives an audible command to the user to apply, either stronger or faster massages, in order to provide the best possible care.

The package includes an adult Pad-Pak, which includes a long-life battery and a set of electrodes.

The Adult Pad-Pak is indicated for use on patients over 8 years of age or over 25 kg. For use on children under 8 use a Pad-Pak kids. The Pad-Pak is a single-use item and must be replaced after each use. It is recommended to have a spare Pad-Pak with the SAM 500P, you can store it in the back of the soft case.
